Refund
policies
Thank you for choosing Miyoungs Skin Clinic for your cosmetic services. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy outlined below:
Consultation Fees:
Consultation fees are non-refundable. This fee covers the time and expertise of our professionals during the consultation process.
Service Fees:
All service fees paid for cosmetic procedures are non-refundable once the procedure has been performed. This includes but is not limited to, injectables, laser treatments, and other cosmetic services.
Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a cancellation fee, which is the cost of the deposit required to secure your appointment.
In the event of a cancellation made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, we will aim to reschedule the appointment to another suitable time. If another suitable time is unavailable, we may consider changing your service to a credit on your account. This is at the discretion of Miyoungs Skin Clinic.
Product Purchases:
We accept returns on unopened and unused cosmetic products within 7 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging with the seal intact. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit on your account.
No refunds or exchanges will be offered for opened or used cosmetic products.
Packages:
Packages, including prepaid services, are non-refundable, unless required in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. However, if an unforeseen medical condition prevents the client from completing the package, we may offer a credit to your account for future use. This is at the discretion of Miyoungs Skin Clinic. We do not accept change of mind refunds.
Deposits:
Deposits may be required to secure appointments for certain treatments. Deposits are refundable and may be used for a final treatment/product.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of the approved refund request. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
Policy Amendments:
Miyoungs Skin Clinic reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and communicated to clients through our website.
