FIRST 4 HOURS
Avoid washing your face, getting the treatment area wet.
FIRST 24 HOURS
Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol consumption and applying makeup.
FIRST 72 HOURS
Avoid applying cosmeceutical grade products (AHAs, BHAs, Vitamin C, Retinol), swimming, extreme heat or cold (saunas, ice baths etc)
FIRST WEEK
Avoid sun exposure, any exfoliation, peels, professional laser/energy based treatments, anticoagulant medications (Ibuprofen, Aspirin)
Please apply sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 30 whenever going outdoors.
Swelling, tenderness, redness, small pin prick marks, and some bruising are all normal side effects for Profhilo.
The product is injected in small ‘deposits’, and you may
be able to see or feel them initially. They will settle within a few hours, there is no need to massage.
The first couple of days after treatment, a cold compress may help to relieve pain. Please apply for a maximum of 10 minutes at a time, every few hours
